Ford Motor Co. is recalling an additional 4.5 million vehicles because of concerns over a defective cruise control switch, bringing the total number of vehicles recalled over the faulty part in recent years to 16 million, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.  Product Liability Law360.
