Dosage issues involving Brookstone Pharmaceuticals, LLC's acetaminophen drops have prompted the company to issue a nationwide recall of all lots of its concentrated acetaminophen drops.  The company cited concerns regarding accidental overdoses due to dosage confusion and the absence of an integrated delivery device.
